I have been using your system as a buyers representative here in San Diego, it was really nice to save all the paper and do our negotiations online. I also like the message log thing you have, that is so much easier then sorting through my Outlook inbox.
I have to admit, the name had me confused as first since I was helping a buyer with a purchase of a non-REO, but it seems like you have a good grasp of how to apply the same tricks the banks are using to normal listings as well. Have you thought about a name change?
